•	Corporate Videos - Writing and directing a customer facing promotional corporate video. The video was a tongue-in-cheek view of the company which starred genuine employees throughout and ran for around 10 minutes in full. I was responsible for envisioning a theme for the video, writing a script for both cast and voiceover artist, hiring a camera crew to shoot the production and also for final sign off. 

•	Website Design and Development - Designing and developing a new company website for public release. This project has required a complete restructure of the website's navigation to improve user experience and create an increase in leads. I have created a new, modern flat design for the company's website and populated the website using a CMS.

•	Social Media Marketing - Implementing a social media marketing campaign to raise brand awareness, increase customer loyalty and drive sales. I have been given complete control over the introduction of the campaign which has required thorough research into the advantages of separate individual social media platforms and creating clear goals and measurements for success.

•	HTML Email Marketing - I'm currently helping to introduce a HTML email solution into the company that will integrate with our Microsoft Dynamics CRM data. I have researched the different supplier options and provided my technical expertise to contribute to a well advised decision.

•	Web Analytics - Analysing user behaviour on the company's existing website to make calculated structural and design changes which complement the user experience in the new website.

- Managed bugs with the Windows Live products, escalated UK business issues to the product groups and drove for resolution
- Internal online resources management. SharePoint 2010 work including designing and running team SharePoints.
- Testing of beta products such as Windows Live for the UK.
- Development of a web app using Windows Live APIs. Scripted using JavaScript and C# scripting language in ASP.NET.
- Experience working in a corporate environment, handling confidential information, working with Program Managers and senior managers
- Good final review and rating as a future Microsoft hire

Contributions in aditional areas within Microsoft:
- Graphic design for internal resources such as posters, website banners and informative leaflets.
- Created Silverlight Deep Zoom and PhotoSynth applications that were used on the MSN.co.uk website.
- Worked with MSN video team. Filmed exclusive celebrity interviews and public vox pops as well as creating an internal training video as part of a small production team. 
- Promoting internal search voting system for improving Bing quality &amp; assisting with internal marketing campaigns .
