I am an experienced attorney and policy advocate for business interests throughout the nation. During my career I have represented companies in federal and state court, provided regulatory and legal guidance, and successfully executed comprehensive, multifaceted strategies on behalf of national trade associations and businesses of all sizes. My work today focuses on the transportation industry, including both non-asset and asset-based companies. As the Executive Director for the National Star Route Mail Contractors Association (NSRMCA), I am responsible for the operation of the association, its growth and profitability, guiding association members in their relationship with the United States Postal Service, and advocating on behalf of a national network of transportation suppliers to the United States Postal Service (USPS), Congress, federal agencies, and other industry stakeholders. I am also responsible for advising the association on the impact of legal and regulatory developments in the transportation industry.
