Hi, I'm Grant RR! After working in information technology and graphic design for years, I fell in love with real estate 🏢. As I studied real estate investing in 2018 and 2019--taking classes, reading, and learning from experienced mentors--I realized that not only did I enjoy the people and the lifestyle, but I was made for this 🛠️. Why? Before my career in tech, I had worked as damage restoration specialist, helping landlords, realtors, and investors by fixing their buildings after storms ⛈️, floods 🌊, and fires 🔥. Then I managed a construction company 👷👷🏾for 2 years. I handled crew scheduling, ran the marketing, estimated jobs, analyzed KPIs, made supply runs, managed the payroll, and more. 💡I was accidentally preparing for this💡 In 2019, I made my first real estate investment as a proof of concept, taking on the risk myself. I bought a building, did all the rehab myself during nights and weekends, and rented it out. After Year 1, I was tracking a solid double digit ROI. Success! Several multifamily buildings later, and here we are. I source and operate good real estate investments, and partner with private individuals who understand the value of diversifying their money 💰, the opportunity for higher returns 📈, AND the satisfaction of creating better housing 🏘️ for their fellow citizens.
