I describe myself as an individual passionate about the success of a business. I enjoy developing people and believe that investing in social capital is critical to eliminate the silo’s inhibiting collaboration between diverse teams. I am comfortable to make the critical decisions and take the calculated risks responsibly to achieve the desired outcome. I see myself as a strong independent professional, driven to be successful. Apart from being a hard worker and team player, I believe my constant drive not to accept the status quo differentiate me. I am not afraid to ask the difficult questions and I strive to continuously improve processes. I have had the privilege to recruit and develop teams and form part of the leadership of a business. My CIMA certification assisted me with the ability and focus to understand the story the numbers are telling me. Being a CGMA has also equipped me to assist with the strategic decision making within the business to ensure a healthy and sustainable trading entity.
