I'm a 12yr business/personal banker with the last 11 yrs in multiple layers of the Ca Cannabis industry. With Washington Mutual in 1999 I started as a teller, ATM & vault custodian advancing to personal banker leading into business banker. I have experience with banking compliance, processes, cash handling that included full responsibility of ordering cash for all branch needs. The last 11 yrs I have had the ability to gain knowledge and experience in multiple layers of the CA Cannabis industry. Most endeavors have been start ups. As a GM for Fruit Box inc. I expanded THC and non THC retail stores, implemented delivery, established small sales distribution along with working with management overseeing indoor and outdoor cultivation. Established the first dispensary accounts for Indus holdings in the IE with one of the 1st sophisticated portfolios of multiple brands to offer cannabis retailers. Project managed/Established dispensary from start to finish including property purchase, TI, Orchestrated all local government relations to obtain all required licencing & permits, Menu, processes, management staff etc. Managed and was fully responsible for a new Manufacturing Type 7 lab for MSO, 37 FTE, 24/7, producing concentrates. Ca Sales Director for a cannabis brand, 8 FTE, Revenue increases by 10% month over month with 1 SKU store increase by 30%. Took part in New product development, distribution relationship with NABIS, continued market expansion. Cannabis retail consulting including a couple of store management contracts for process, HR, and sales improvements. Wholesale bulk flower sales. Nationwide cannabis banking sales working with cross functional teams along with Eco system of ancillary cannabis services. Tools that were used were Microsoft suite and Hubspot. Wholesale bulk flower coordinator, large start up cultivation, increased relationships, sales and outreach.
