- Creating and distributing confidential financial reporting for executive level management.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Coordinating worker's compensation for all employees across all company locations.
- Managing and enforcing COVID-19 prevention protocols along with all other company policies.

Staffing consultant providing Human Resources, Financial and Operational services.  For the entire duration of this position, I was assigned to Coastal Sunbelt Produce, the leading food service distributor of produce and dairy products in the Mid-Atlantic.
Duties included but were not limited to:
- Administering leave of absence accommodations while ensuring HIPAA confidentiality.
- Building a repository for the company's every day issues, easing their filing processes.
- Validating invoice amounts and adjusting credits accordingly with nationally recognized brands.
- Performing employment verifications as well as processing employment eligibility and I-9 paperwork.
