-Contracted to create PowerPoints for entire Convergint workforce based on 2023 employee engagement survey data.
-Powerpoints consisted of different metrics which were created for each different DM of different regions consisting of North America, South America, Asia-Pacific, and more.

Human Resources Intern

Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity

- Act as President when needed in absence of the President, meeting with national and university officials when needed.
- Presided over and supervised a team of thirteen chairmen, coordinating each chairman's different jobs.
- Conducted weekly executive board meetings, notifying members of decisions and assisting the executive board.
- With the President, redesigned the new member process and fraternity constitution, updating it to better suit our organization's goals.
- Attended leadership conferences, working closely with regional advisors and implementing changes learned from successful chapters.

- Communicated with 35+ members through daily reminders, addressing an itinerary for the week to ensure everyone is engaged and supporting successful recruitment strategies.
- Worked with fellow executive board members to manage all fraternity proceedings and final decision making.
- Attended training and development sessions provided by the national organization to mentor new members to success.
- Enforced attendance at events run by our chapter, assuring a successful recruitment process and outcome for our events.

- Overseed and coordinated all ten member fraternities recruitment programs, resulting in a successful fall and spring recruitment.
- Worked with each member fraternities recruitment chairman to develop policies and ideas for recruitment.
- Developed and maintained a list of potential new members for the IFC, as well as new member rosters from each chapter.
- Worked with university and fraternity/sorority life officials to plan out recruitment calendars, and on-campus events.

- Processed background checks, I9's, worked with ADP E-I9 process to work through processing digital I9s.
- Utilized ADP Workforce now to process new hires from point of requisition, to creating and filing new employee folders.
- Attended and helped host HR breakout presentations at Summer Managers meeting.
- Created a month long health and wellness series designed to increase engagement on the companies inter LMS system.

American Sale Corporation

•	Worked customer inquiries both in person and from digital lead sources, converting leads to sales at an 84% closure rate.
•	Attended numerous manufacturer trainings to enhance product knowledge.
•	Assisted customers in fulfilling their unique needs, custom designing and ordering specific products for customers wants.
•	Discussed sources of financing and submitted applications to secure financing for customers' purchases.
•	Surpassed the sales goals in place for my first year, bringing in $460,000 of sales, placing me in the top third of the company.

Product Expert

•	Operated forklift/skyjack, properly organizing merchandise in the stockroom and ensuring sales floor was adequately stocked.
•	In conjunction with the merchandising department, designed and built displays for new products.
•	Assisted customers by loading purchased products into vehicles.
•	Kept records of all inter-store product transfers both physically and digitally.
•	Properly built and prepared merchandise for display on the sales floor.
•	Greeted and assisted customers as needed to find and select products, and answer questions as needed.
•	Cross trained to be able to assist front end cashier work as needed.

I am a senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology. With an expected graduation date of May 2024.

My experience as a Product Expert at American Sale is marked by consistently exceeding sales targets and providing unparalleled customer service. As Secretary of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity at NIU, I have honed my organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities while leading a group of over 30 members.

I am driven by a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and I am confident that the skills I have acquired will be invaluable to my future career in human resource management. In my leisure time, I enjoy exploring new places, staying active through workouts, and watching sports.
