As a Customer Engagement Associate (CEA) I provide consultative solutions to address customer business needs and questions by demonstrating how the Marin Enterprise platform and business insights can help customers take action on Digital Marketing performance.

Main Responsibilities
•	Developing and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with customers, internal and external, as a trusted advisor, allowing the full potential of the Enterprise solution to be realized
•	Delivering face-to-face as well as online/phone training sessions on a regular basis
•	Maintain strong knowledge of the Digital Marketing space (paid search, social, mobile, display)
•	Interacting on a regular basis with customer personnel through virtual and on-site communications and training regarding their marketing program, goals and successes, instilling confidence in the Enterprise platform and Service offerings
•	Quickly identifying, managing and helping to resolve customers’ business issues via strategies using the platform or resolve platform related issues.
•	Driving usage and adoption of the Enterprise platform through on-going usage reviews, account performance planning and establishment of best practices
•	Delivering a very high level of customer satisfaction on basic and advanced trainings
•	Assisting customers in generating new business via multiple Paid Search Channels/Platforms
•	Publish internal and customer status reports
•	Work within a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experience for some of the world's largest brands
•	Stay informed of industry news, new best practices and emerging technologies
•	Be able to drive and onboard basic revenue integration types(ex: Google Analytics or Marin Tracker)
•	Participate in pre-sales activities and internal initiatives as required
•	Work with Customer Success Directors/Managers to establish, review and identify Product and Service opportunities

Customer Engagement Associate

As part of the PPC Team at MediaVision I developed and rolled out the strategies for my account portfolio, including managing, reporting and optimizing paid marketing channels for Search, Display, Shopping & Remarketing Campaigns.

Through continued testing and optimisation I consistently exceeded monthly Traffic Volumes, Sales, Revenue and ROI targets for my portfolio of clients. I also managed and engaged with suppliers (Google & Bing) as well as reporting to heads of Paid Search (both internally and externally). Key tasks and responsibilities included:

• Pitching, creating and implementing Paid Search Campaigns focused around the clients Goals and KPI's.
• Ensuring Goals & KPI's meet and exceed the client’s expectations by diligent optimization and analysis
• Providing granular and in-depth reporting and analysis to identify fluctuations in performance and market trends
• Keeping up to date with new technologies/tools, innovations and competitors strategies
• Identify and implement key technological tools to help enable clients Campaigns and increase efficiency
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Pitch & present the Paid Search department in new business ventures
