Sam byłem w takiej sytuacji, walczyłem z tym samym problemem, aż natknąłem się na - "Strategic Sourcing".

To nie tylko modne hasło, to skuteczna metoda, która pozwala zaoszczędzić więcej niż tradycyjne metody cięcia kosztów.

❓Dlaczego? 

"Strategic Sourcing" opiera się na zrozumieniu rynku, budowaniu solidnych relacji z dostawcami i wykorzystywaniu danych do podejmowania lepszych decyzji. 
To podejście całościowe, które wykracza poza samą cenę – koncentruje się na całkowitym koszcie posiadania, jakości i innowacjach.

Po 20 latach doświadczenia w obszarze zakupów osobiście widziałem, jak ta strategia odmienia biznes. 

I nie chodzi tylko o to, by wydawać mniej, ale by wydawać mądrzej.

↳ flashing with number of impressions - wow just exceeded 580 000 impressions 
↳ sharing number of reaction that -  reached 7000  
↳ counting number of publications - these 311 posts (never counted that way, just tried to publish min 1 interesting one a day) 
↳ shooting with engagement nurturing -  just to name this over 2600 comments
↳ sharing the listings/lists positions - becoming the #264 on the Favikon lists for LinkedIn  in Poland.  

All my content is specifically connected to the Procurement and Procurement systems niche. 

Not writing about popular topics, mentoring, couching, Linkedin presence  - leaving that to the pros in the area.
