With over 8 years of experience in the banking industry skilling sector, I am the founder and CEO of Aspiring Bankers, India's first e-learning portal that enables graduates and professionals to kick-start and take a leap in their branch banking careers. I am also the managing director of the Institute of Professional Banking (IPB), where I have been helping the banking industry by providing them with trained manpower through skilling graduates to be professionally qualified and competent banking professionals.
