- I led a team focused on the demand side of the S&OP planning, defining the commercial goals and integrating them with the operational team;

- I was invited to join Arado when it was an early-stage project to led the Sales Ops area and to create the go-to-market strategy from the start;
- My team developed a no-touch acquisition flow through paid traffic, landing pages and a chatbot where the customer could make its first order independently - that became the main acquisition channel for SMB restaurants;
- I have led the pricing committee and helped to develop a pricing algorithm that takes our buying price, margins and competitiveness into account; - Built dashboards and routines to monitor the sales team's performance and co-created action plans to recover downselling customers - which helped us achieve 30x revenue growth in the year;

Sales Operations Lead

Rappi

- I led a team with the main goal to reduce cancellation and defect rate, and we not only achieved it but we were awarded as the area with the lowest order cancellation in Latin America in Q3/2021;
- Built and managed projects that used machine learning to adjust store operating hours and optimal delivery areas for each marketplace store;
- Led a portfolio management project that automatically shut down stores that delivered a bad user experience;
- Co-created action plans with the leadership for managing deliveryman supply crises on specific dates such as weekends and holidays;

Operations Coordinator (CPGs Now)

Aplicatify

- I founded Aplicatify with two more partners, it was a tech company that offered a segmented marketing channel solution for e-commerce through push notifications that knew the products that each visitor were interested in;
- Our business model was approved at MIDITEC, an incubator considered one of the top 5 in the world;
- I led the operations area, including onboarding and user experience, as well as the implementation of our growth strategy through PLG;
- We generated $91,000 in revenue for our biggest client and acquired a total of 150 customers in 7 months, but we were unable to keep investing in the project and decided to sell the product.

Grupo Agoge

- I founded Grupo Agoge with a partner, it was an on-demand import shoes e-commerce group. We sold over R$8 million in 11 months, hiring and managing more than 20 people;
- Our business model was to acquire customers through paid traffic and to offer an out-of-the-box experience to achieve organic repurchasing;
- I led the operations area, including CX (12 people and 500 tickets per day), production planning with the Chinese factory, finance, and FP&A;
- When the pandemic started, shipping costs doubled, and we had to move the manufacture of over 10,000 pairs of shoes from China to Brazil. It was a success, but me and my partner had different views of the future of the company and I decided to exit.

Zygo

- I built and managed dashboards to track the sales performance in real time and used it to boost the lead quality;
- Along with the sales team we have created a city-wide expansion model that increased the funnel conversion rate by 80% using data from Tripadvisor and Facebook;
- I was the product manager of Leader, an internal tool that helped SDRs to pick their own leads based on the store's pictures on Google - which helped the company to find 24.000 more leads;

Sales Ops Coordinator

- I have led a team who developed an outbound lead generation method. It generated over 1500 leads per week at a cost of less than R$2 per lead, including the correct mobile phone of the decision makers;
- Helped to measure our sales and marketing funnel and created projects to increase the conversion rates;
- Led rituals with the sales team to develop prospecting strategies and align the sales pitch with marketing for each business vertical targeted;

Sales Ops Supervisor

- I have stood out as an SDR, primarily due to the way I registered and processed my leads, which eventually became the company's official prospecting method

JEWC 2016

- As a volunteer, I served as the communication coordinator for what was then the biggest young entrepreneurship event in the world;
- I crafted the strategies that led to a record-breaking 3,500 sign-ups for the event, including 70 attendees from over 16 different countries;
- I was the responsible for the sale of event-branded merchandise, that made over R$100,000 of extra revenue.
- I managed the PR outreach which earned us a 3x cover feature on the digital version of Folha de São Paulo.
