In my current capacity, I serve as Account Team leader with a book of business for enterprise customers in the Barcelona area representing multi-million-euro turnover.  A key component of my role is to build CxO relationships to align business and technical stakeholder priorities, accelerate transformation initiatives and achieve high-impact business outcomes, such as increased use of self-service and automation, and reduced customer service costs.  I also leverage understanding of technologies such cloud, cybersecurity, big data and AI to support stakeholders to translate business needs into technological programmes.  These include, for example, 360° customer platforms; image recognition for diagnostics; and data lakes for business insights. 
* The Results * 
•	Over-achieved quotas consistently, from a minimum of 105% to 110% in Q1 of FY23
•	Established relationships with key customer C-suite executives in functional areas such as Marketing and Operations 
•	Provided go-to-market strategic leadership for manufacturing enterprise 
•	Designed and oversaw the successful execution of a transformation back-up plan that had been severely impacted by delays 
•	Supported team members to gain internal promotions by mentoring emerging talent in the team

Enterprise Account Manager

This role centered on delivering consultancy services to clients operating internationally in the electronics industry, including aerospace, medical devices and semi-conductors.  
* The Results * 
•	Improved test operations and streamlined processes for a growing customer base, including directing delivery of a total quality initiative; and a new test design process for a medical device company 
•	Applied business innovation to create a digital twin, including PoC and ROI calculations, for an electrical machine company 
•	Served as a member of an internal steering committee leading implementation of design offerings and the launch of three new digital solutions with multi-million-euro forecasted services revenue

Engagement Manager and Consultant - Practice Leader

Led a team of Account Managers focusing on strategic industries including Automotive, Semiconductor, Aerospace/Defence and Government Research. Directed managers to provide strategic insights, flexible platforms, the best test solutions and world class sales advice to companies for the entire life cycle from design to production.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS 

•	Realized highly accurate sales forecasts, to within 2%, by analysis, pipeline management and astute customer engagement
•	Gained useful experience in international trade and matrix management

Head of Regional Sales - Middle East & Spain

I acted as deputy Managing Director of the sales team with additional responsibilities in finance, operations, marketing, engineering and services.; and headed both strategic planning and daily operations to achieve company goals.

•	Hired, trained and mentored two young results-driven sellers who quickly became leading aces of the sales team
•	Headed industry 4.0 initiatives for Spain, and created a strong pipeline for predictive maintenance applications in Oil & Gas

Covered customers’ needs, territories, account management and technical negotiations. Prospected markets and promoted partnerships using intelligence from market trends and social networking.

•	Closed first complex deal involving an enterprise software sale in Spain with an automotive company

Technical consultant of computer based measurement  and automation solutions built through 
hardware and software products from National Instruments. 
Learned significant skills on supporting customers’ needs, territory and account management and technical negotiation. 

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS 

•	Achieved the highest sales penetration in Spain by increasing the number of active clients by over 20% and pushing the annual growth of key accounts by over 10%; exceeding expected quotas
