•Head of Oracle implementation for the Inventory and the Supply Chain module, completed the process successfully within 9 months 
•Successfully managed standard cost variances in the first year of ERP implementation
•Responsible of reporting to HQ the monthly inventory of the main shop facility and Service Sites
•Finance coordinator for Physical Inventory and Cycle Count activities of the main facility and service centers, achieving a reduction in write off’s to less than 0.1% of a total inventory balance of > 31MM USD
•Finance coordinator of the annual budget process of the Manufacturing Shop Floor, achieving significant savings in MRO, Fixtures and Tooling and Office Supplies to control over/under liquidation and OCPH (labor rate per hour)

•Performed corporate audit role during 1 month in a business in which I had no previous experience to challenge hard and soft skills acquired in previous assignments
•The project consisted in auditing the New Product Introduction process in order to solve the gaps identified by previous auditors

CAS Pilot

- Leadership Program focused in the financial area, combining four rotational assignments in a 2 years period
•Controllership (GE Aviation): Managed to track and update intercompany billing with local and US entities to collect engineering and design services on time; supported the FP&A manager with the CAPEX process and depreciation reconciliation
•Cost accounting (GE Oil & Gas): In charge of CM% analysis to identify the root causes of the deviations of actual project costs versus ITO quotations; responsible of the LE monthly COGS reconciliation process reporting directly to the FP&A manager
•HQ Analyst (GE Energy Management): Owner of the consolidation process of LATAM Sales and Orders as other Commercial KPI’s; Implemented the factoring scheme with Working Capital Solutions and AR staff; actively participated in LATAM Dashboard reconciliation with IT manager 
•Controllership (GE Real Estate): Supported the CFO in the LE simplification activities by identifying open items in different accounts and fixing it prior the dissolution of the LE
