- Main accounts include but not limited to Samsung, Vodafone, L'Oréal, Unilever, P&G, Nestle, PepsiCo
- Work directly with brands for end to end campaign management
- Assist brands for insight generation and communication needs
- Create internal briefs with data and strategic input 
- Brief in-house creative, video production, social media, web and app developer teams
- Prepare final project/strategy presentations 
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Oversee custom ad products

Marketing & Partnership Manager

- Own the strategic roadmap for youth segment customer acquisition and revenue maximization; aligning this with company vision and targets
- Project management that cover consumer insight generation, product design, positioning and strategic budget allocation

- Account management in the leading Youth Marketing Agency of Turkey. Expertise on event marketing, guerrilla marketing, sponsorship management, trade marketing, direct marketing, community management and WoM for youth audience
- End-to-end event operations with event planning and designing, budget preparation & creative event solutions
- Managing the client relations; leading and supervising ongoing projects by coordinating the communication and workflow between the client and operation team
- Management of field operation network: Youth Republic network in 110 universities in 55 cities composed of 1500 team members
