Sr. Associate Recruitment

• Responsible for sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing, and closing the qualified candidates.
• Posting the job requirements on various job sites to identify the right candidates.
• Handled Contract to Hire and also contracting jobs for various clients.
• Scanning all the resumes, involving in initial screening and maintained a resume database.
• Identifying the right candidates on the website and finding their interest in the job profile and the company.
• Convincing candidates on their respective offers and terms and conditions of the firm.
• Coordinating, scheduling, & conducting interviews.
• Keeping track of responses & short-listing profiles.
• Direct sourcing candidates using advanced Internet and various recruitment techniques.
• Participate in weekly recruitment meetings focused on troubleshooting difficult positions.• Coordinated with the account managers in US for new requirements and responsible for the work allocation to the team members.
• Coordinating with the MSP Coordinators in absence of Manager and then updating the team members with the new updates on various job requirements.
