Experience gained in dry lining, M&E works, pre-cast cladding, all works from first fixing to final internal finishes, as well as programme planning. Package manager for multiple internal trades. Site well-being champion and membership lead for gRace & Allies (Employee led group network for D&I).

Experience gained in roofing, landscaping, traditional brickwork building, SFS and structural work.
Package manager for Roofing Contractor along with assisting external trades.

Year out in industry at the Borough Yards project. Responsibilities included leading and managing the works for the basement complex, two cinema auditorium, UKPN room and assisting site team. Experience gained in arch intervention works, retained facade works, underground M&E plant room works, structural steel framing, fit out of cinema auditorium and developed my management interpersonal skills.

Wates Living Space as an intern Site-Manager. I worked on the Bourne Estate scheme in Farringdon to replace windows to double glazing. Experience gained in project/site management, scheduling of works with occupants in the flats, commercial understanding of the package and working as a Resident Liaison Officer.
