Research helps you understand what exactly our audience worries/cares about. The things that keep them up at night. The deeper you get to know your audience, the better you’ll know how exactly your product could fit into their lives. Only then will you be able to write copy that resonates. Without doing this, you’d only write fluff that people don’t connect with. I’m not an expert yet. But I understand the role copy plays in your overall marketing strategy.
