Hi, I’m Gus—founder of the Multidimensional Leadership Programs, where we’re building Latin America’s largest community of leaders. I started as a teacher in a rural community, trained teachers and principals, led international educational organizations, conducted research, and graduated from Harvard. That experience—delivering quality education in challenging contexts, building adult capabilities, and leading institutions across the region—lets me guide clients with an empathetic, practical perspective.
