Composed and owned sustainability life cycle assessment and packaging copy. 
Introduced customer data collection via customer surveys during AB product testing. 
Grew community with content marketing through email campaigns, social media and event management.

Planned and executed Europe-wide seller-engagement project. Coordinated leaders across 5 EU locales to capture and report on 3,000+ seller anecdotes. Analysed data and collaborated with relevant business owners to drive improvements to seller experience. 
Launched and managed some of the most strategically important German seller accounts to the business, including the biggest hold-out seller of the year.

Partner and Project Manager

Projects included Subject Matter Expert and co-ordinating people managers to incentivise high-potenial new programme.
Worked in various languages to recruit sellers from across Europe and North America. Met all challenging targets, and exceeded sales target by upwards of 300%. 
Chaired a business and social networking group Connect@Amazon. Coordinated team of 9, mostly of higher seniority, organised collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible for digital strategy of B2B market leader in utility locators. Pitched digital marketing strategy to the MD Marketing. 
Rewrote and restructured four brand websites across six languages to improve SEO performance. Raised organic traffic by 45% while in the position.
