That moment... I remember "that moment" when I was in my first professional junction in life. I had to choose between 2 loves that I had background and interest in - 1) The heart - Take a leap into a world of social / political NGOs, with inspiration to make my city, my country and maybe the world, a better place! OR 2) The mind - Take a deep dive into the Commercial business world of Enterprises and startups, which was my professional forte. To help companies intelligently set order, implement methodologies and rationalize actions within product, marketing, operations and growth domains, with my personal attitude, multi-faceted knowledge, ability to simplify the complex, strong logic and hard work. I was worried that due to inherent propensity to "fall in love" with whatever I do, choosing No.2 would risk changing me into a person of inferior values, that would place business before people. Instead, it helped me keep my guards, and find my silver lining between making a business impact to succeed on one hand, and in the other - to make sure I do this only for companies that create a better world, and that my best efforts will allow me to influence people and processes for the best, practice ethical business, corporate social responsibility and lawful operation. So, by now, I've been fortunate to be leading major inbound & outbound activities for more than 15 years, full of great successes and even greater failures (since only those teach you anything), and I enjoy the opportunity to speak publicly, teach and mentor others towards those exact values and tools.
