TriFinance Belgium

The Young Innovation Board acts as a bridge between all the co-workers at TriFinance and the Management. We aim to improve collaboration with the management by taking responsibilities in different domains, enhancing collaboration between different teams and providing our management with valuable insights and advice. On top of this, we work together with internel teams on improving our internal processes related to Care (intake, recruitment & tenure), Communication and Business Development.

- Analyse needs of business departments and define solutions
- Describe detailed business requirements
- Project Management: planning, communication, follow-up
- Leading the SteerCo meetings
- Roll-out of a full external and internal communication plan towards brokers, bank and internal teams (sales, operational teams, support, ...)

Junior Project Manager Finance & Internal Merger Project - NN Insurance Services Belgium (July 2022 - June 2023)
- Coordinator proposal for a tender on a white-label car insurance product: organize workshops and follow-up progress
- Stream Lead Finance in internal merger project: organize workshops, assess impact, follow-up action plan and progress

Medior Business Analyst Finance - NN Insurance Services Belgium (August 2019 - June 2022)
- Requirement setting towards new target model
- Transformation and migration towards new core system
- Testing financial inflows and outflows
- Training to back-office users

Responsible for the end-to-end investment accounting/ALM-accounting side of the finance department:
