INEOS purchased BP Petrochemicals group on December 31st, 2020.  Therefore on January 1st, 2021 I started a role with INEOS Aromatics. In my new role I was optimizing Boiler cycles and increasing the steam condensate recovery for PTA plants.

Gasoline blending/scheduling involving creating gasoline blending schedule to meet gasoline shipments out of a clean products tank farm onto two separate pipelines.
Short Range planner repsonsible for setting the refinery daily optimization targets.
Implementation of Aspen MBO for gasoline blending in the refinery.

Coordination/Planning Group

Process Engineer for Naphtha Hydrotreating, CCR Platforming (Reforming), Hydrocracking, and Hydrocracking Gas Plant units.
Day to day troubleshooting and optimization.
Mass balances and unit monitoring report completion.
Assisting in catalyst selection process for Naphtha Hydrotreating and Platforming units.

Aspen simulation modeling of various design cases.

Provided assistance for new unit start-ups and day to day unit optimization.

Field Operating Services

Worked with specialists to develop new catalsyts.
Collected and analyzed data from catalyst runs in the pilot plants

Platforming Pilot Plant Engineer

Lead Process and Project Engineer for two Distillate Hydrotreating units.
Created Process simulations for the units.
Prepared hydraulic calculations

Design Engineer in Hydroprocessing Technology

Pilot Plant operator.
Worked 12 hour shift schedule running Hydroprocssing pilot plants.
