I am an experienced coach with many years of professional experience behind me in the Financial services industry as a coach and team manager, focused on developing people. Over the last few years, I also chose to invest in myself and have been committed to my own personal development and spiritual growth, gaining additional qualifications in NLP, Reiki and Energy Medicine and as a Meditation Teacher. I am passionate about helping people to develop & flourish, to discover their potential and inner resources and to use them to do what they love. I help people at key transitional moments in their life to uncover & recognize their own gifts and talents, using a special combination of my own.
