My responsibilities at esaal solutions are : 

- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Customer data analysis to identify areas of improvement in the sales process.

- Resolve customer issues quickly using problem solving skills.

- Perform regular follow-ups with existing clients to maintain relationships.

- Lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.

- Utilize CRM systems to track progress throughout the entire sales cycle.

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote sale of company products and to provide sales support.

- Identify potential customers for products and services.

During my participation in the Advanced of Science and Engineering Technology ASET Poster Competition which was helded at the 4th of February 2020 in higher colleges of technology HCT, i presented my graduation research “Smart Rehabilitation Device for Neck Injuries” in a poster form to a group for judges where they highly recommended the concept of the research.
