Duties and Responsibilities:
•	Preparing shop drawings from Revit IFC.
•	Verifying the Architectural drawing correctness in Integrated Model at Autodesk viewer prior to review by the Senior Architect .
•	Reviewing and preparing shop drawings to ensure architectural requirements are implemented.
•	Preparing General Arrangement drawings from the IFC drawing.
•	Preparation of architectural as-built drawings.
•	Revise the work according to contract, applicable code, specification and Engineering documents.
•	Coordination between structural, architectural, MEP, procurement and any other service to ensure the proper technical execution of project works as per the requirement of the Client and the obligations of the Contractors and Subcontractors.
•	Attending to Inspection Request (IR’s) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
•	Preparing RFI’s as per discussion held with Technical manager.
•	Preparing sketches on Engineer’s Request (ER’s) as per Punch list.

•	Designing Residential unit to meet client requirements.
•	Review and coordinate 3D Architectural interior and exterior rendered presentations.
•	Preparing Workshops with client for finishes and selection of materials with vendors.
•	Preparing, designing and submitting detailed Architectural drawings for Construction.
•	Coordination with other disciplines (Structural, Civil and MEP)

•	Under the supervision of senior staff, prepares a qualitative and quantitative set of diagrams and drawings covering benchmark and precedent studies.
•	Provides support in research and development of key ideas, case studies, etc.
•	Delivers Photoshop Illustrative Plans and Lumion views.
•	Contributes to maintaining the office physical and digital library of submitted projects, architecture books, material palettes, etc.
