Global Procurement Systems and Solutions Sr. Manager

Product Management and full business ownership of BI tools, requirements gathering, CRs implementation, data management. Improvement of spend reporting accuracy. Was part of a group for redefining and rewriting the Global Procurement Policy.

Main achievements: Simplification of the reporting to the stakeholders.

Data & Reporting Tools Manager

Program-manage and lead multiple global projects. Including SAP Ariba implementation, global policy and processes in a multi ERP landscape–Time, plan, people, and risk management, control project deliverables and compliance. ERP and procurement systems release management. Specifications documents. (SAP, ARIBA, PRIORITY, ORACLE). Ability to leverage resources within the organization. Working with all management levels of global procurement, IT, Legal, Finance, SOX.

Main achievements: Co-Lead with IT the implementation of the global procurement policy in 16 systems and 67 countries. Lead changes in 5 ERPs and SAP Ariba due to global organization changes.

Solution Lead, Global Procurement Processes & Systems Excellence 

Define and implemented procurement processes globally. Release management of global ERPs and Ariba Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) change requests. SAP Ariba full business ownership including change management activities and SLAs for tool adoption. Coaching and strong collaboration with global and local business and IT colleagues.

Main achievements: Global release management process definition with global IT.

Source to Pay Global Lead, Procurement - Planning & Control

Global customer management and Matrix management – development, BI, infrastructure, Pre-sale, BA. Requirements gathering based on customer business needs. Hands on product implementation - product and release installations, L3 technical support, integration. SQL queries, database changes, technical documentation, MS technology (IIS, NET, MS-SQL), WebServices and FTP interface, infrastructure consultation.

Main achievements: Managed the biggest customers in the team.

Technical Information Systems project manager

Managed Cross Europe projects. Responsible for external and internal communication and marketing. Set yearly success targets (SLAs) and followed up on achievements. Managed Europe communications and best practice. Reports creation and analysis to management. Constant contact with WW management. 

Main achievements: Developed a department newsletter which was circled globally at IBM SVP level. Was part of a team planning and executing a startup contest in Europe, to partner with IBM.

Lead in 2 different occasions procurement specialists and support teams. Defined and implemented procurement processes / desk procedures for IBM, client and 3rd parties. Perform consultancy activities in an Ariba implementation project in EU for a global customer. Created and implemented processes using Six Sigma methodology (Yellow belt) to reduce manual work.
