       -	Methodological Studies on different items (Risk mitigation, Interest rates, etc.)
       -	Parametrisation of the calculation engine

Transition to BAU:
       -	Quarterly Fulfilment calculation for company portfolio of liabilities
       -	Reporting optimisation
       -	implementation of procedures and audit trails
       -	Mentoring of new team members

Solvency 2:
-	Best Estimate calculation
-	Quarterly Technical Provision reporting to CFO and Group (quantitative and qualitative)
-	Reserving methodology improvement

IFRS 17:
-	Lead the Actuarial methodology stream
-	Work with consulting firms and group for implementation (methodological and operational sides)

Internal:
-	Reserve adequacy study on portfolio, conducted with consulting firm
-	Setting up the department
-	Supervise junior team members
-	Other ad-hoc studies partaking to reserving (cut-off calculation, partner onboarding, contracts, technical support,…)

Actuarial Analyst

Reserves:
-	Creation of a monthly dashboard for reserves and claims analysis
-	Automated power point report implemented with SAS and VBA
-	Presentation to CFO and senior management

Reporting:
-	Creation of new monthly and quarterly reporting to support group and internal stakeholders
-	Optimisation of existing reports 
-	Data processing SAS and VBA

Data:
-	Implementation of a BI solution with IT team
-	Data checks and validation of created universes
