COLD PAD

In direct contact with the COLD PAD steering committee, I am in charge of the market positioning, development, and maintenance of an innovative industrial product. 
My main achievements are:
- Building an innovative patented product from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
- Development of new product features the integration of user feedback.
- Supporting to the sales team during the pre-sales phase.
- Client trainings on COLD PAD's innovative technology.

Product Manager

As a project manager, I am in charge of several projects from the engineering phase to the onsite installation of the repair solution.
My main tasks were:
Client facing: preparing and leading steering committees in presence of the client experts.
Project management: planning, budget, risk management.
Main point of contact for clients, classification companies, and subcontractors.
Issuance of technical documentation mainly in English: specifications, technical reports.
Offshore and Onshore missions to setup the technology on the client facility.

Main clients: Total Energies (France), SBM (Singapore), BP (UK).

Naval Architect / Project Engineer

Technip Energies

As part of the naval architecture team, I worked on several FLNG projects with a focus on the optimization of the offloading operations.
My main tasks were:
Analysis of environmental databases to identify the relevant variables and trends.
Hydrodynamic studies for the optimization of the offloading operation of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG)  from FLNG to LNG Carriers.
Bi-weekly meeting with the client to present the progress and main findings. 
Development (under MATLAB) of an algorithm allowing the improvement of offloading feasibility by +40%.
Work hand to hand with Shipmasters to compare the analytical findings with their real life experience.

Main clients: SHELL, ENI.

Study of the fatigue phenomenon responsible of FPSO's mooring lines breaking.
Tools: Excel, VBA, ORCAFLEX.
