Ensure that students trust and follow the Wall Street English Method
Conduct orientation classes, give academic advising sessions and assist students with multimedia lessons and the digital book material.
Provide feedback and motivation to students in the multimedia Speaking Center.
Advise students on how to achieve their educational goals.
Motivate students throughout the course both in person and over the phone.
Collaborate with Educational Consultants to facilitate Renewals and Referrals.

IT Specialist:
•	Analyze and find a solution of technical problems and avoid them in the future in the branches of Jazan (men and ladies) and provide the best solutions.
•   Support and maintain the internal network of the branches of men and women.
•	Install, support and supervise of the CCTV system.
•	Install, manage, and support the CRM system on the server and internal devices.
•	Install, configure, support and maintain all kinds of printers.
•	Extend the internal network and install new devices.
•	Support, maintain, update and upgrade Speaking Center (Lab) computers and users' devices periodically.
•	maintain, configure and support the Wall Street system on both male and female branches in Jazan City and on all student and smartphones.
•	Install, support and maintain wireless access point devices.
•	Back up periodically for server and user devices.
•      Train staff and students on Wall Street education system (English Anytime).
•	Install fiber optical line from STC.
•	Install and adjust the UPS device on the main server.

Worked as a technical support Executive at Jeddah branch, where I supported all the clients of the International Software Company (more than 100 clients from large companies to small enterprises) located in the Western and Southern region of Saudi Arabia and do the following:

•	Receiving tickets and requests through ticketing system issuing from the main branch in Riyadh.
•	Installation of fingerprint devices and the TAPS.NET program with all its versions in new sites.
•	Created a new client's database via Microsoft SQL Server and connected it to the program.
•	Managed old and current databases, extract data and make a backup copy.
•	Installation new updates, framework, and tools.
•	Performed regular maintenance work, solved problems and did maintenance for fingerprint systems and system troubleshooting. 
•	Conducted periodic visits to customers and reported to the managers the needs, requests, and client complains for customer satisfaction and ensured the integrity of the workflow.
•	Issuing a manual to use the system, devices and other programs in Arabic and English.
•	Carrying out customer support by phone, e-mail, remotely, or in-person by travelling to any city in the Western or Southern Region of Saudi Arabia.
•	Full control of fingerprint devises remotely.
•	To add fingerprint of clients staff and train customers on the fingerprint devices.
•	Making presentations, demonstration, and marketing meetings to identify the system and devices and responded to inquiries, making a trial and demo version of the system and the device in customer sites, and follow-up.

 Worked as a IT Helpdesk specialist in the computer department of King Abdul Aziz University Hospital where I was 
receiving tickets and technical problems related to computer systems, hardware and network equipment from the 
University Hospital staff (more than four thousand employees) through a helpdesk ticketing system.
 Provided technical support in person, by telephone, remotely, or email.
 Trained employees and end-user, advised them to the correct and appropriate procedures, and received complaints and 
immediate response.
 Installation of new computers with peripherals, installation of Windows systems and programs of the hospital and 
connecting the devices to the network and ensured the integrity of the workflow and system performance.
 Maintenance, installation and management of all kinds of printers (barcode, dotted, colored, laser), and connected them
to the hospital network.
 Periodic back-up work for end-user devices.
 Discover, track, and solve network connectivity problems by checking the connectivity starting from ne twork points to the 
datacenter.
 Continuous follow-up with end-users and reporting to the department manager and technical support manager with
documenting what was done and closing the requests.
