Being tired from standard , slow car washing places, me and my partner decided to put some IT into Armenian car wash sphere and make it more modern . 1st time in Armenia we created fully automated car wash chain with online payment and subscriptions . Big , custom created CRM helping us to manage our customers, understand target groups and make better user experience .
Beacons technology will be used in the company soon, to automate cars check-in to the car wash .

HighAttendance is enterprise event management platform, offering end-to-end solutions for event managers .

As the CTO of the company was involved in:
* Defining the strategic roles for making project successful
* Building local development team in Armenia
* Grooming with PO for new features and defining best stack for implementing them
* Managing overall infrastructure and development

Callburn

Callburn is a SaaS application, offering clients to send voice messages and SMS . 

As a CTO was involved in this awesome start up from the very beginning of its development . Lead development alone at the beginning , then built local team of developers in Armenia.

Took CTO position when company was start up . Was involved in building local team of developers in Armenia, training them and opened Armenian branch "IYC Armenia" . 
Was responsible for making all technology related decisions, choosing right stack and candidates for growing the company and products .

As CEO of HackTech, I lead with a passion for turning ideas into meaningful tech solutions. I started at 19, growing HackTech into a software engineering firm built on quality, innovation, and strong partnerships with each client. Having traveled to over 25 countries, I’ve gained a global perspective and believe in the power of connecting diverse ideas and people to drive growth.

I’m dedicated to helping our clients succeed in an ever-changing digital world while creating a space where my team can grow and excel. As part of the Stanford LEAD program, I’m continually developing my leadership skills and staying connected to the latest trends and strategies in tech and business.

Outside of work, I love to travel, ski, and learn from inspiring people I meet. 

My goal is to keep HackTech at the forefront of the tech industry, building personal and innovative solutions.
