3W Academy Maroc

I launched the first Coding Bootcamp in Morocco in partnership with 3W Group, one of the leading coding bootcamps in Europe, training more than 1500 developers a year.

Our mission is to enable the Moroccan digital ecosystem to thrive.
We do so by bridging the skills gap between the employers and the available workforce.
Our short immersive project-based programs are designed to help our community develop the human competitive advantage they need to compete in the global digital market.

Since January 2019, we have trained more than 200 developers on 3 high-demand technology stacks. 

Our "end-to-end model" - starting with the employers' needs, then applying them to our trainings - is the key driver of performance for our ecosystem - we achieved quasi 100% integration rates & employer satisfaction since our launch.

I strongly believe in principles, methodologies and frameworks as being the cornerstones of a winning culture. As the founder and team leader, my role was to enable success by applying : 
+ ecosystem-weaving partnership strategies to deliver our "end-to-end" model 
+ lean startup, agility & the "Zone to Win" principles by Geoffrey Moore as operating principles 
+ human-centric design methodologies as a toolbox for innovation

IFIAG : Vocational School

IFIAG is the market leader of the vocational training & professional learning sector in Morocco. 
Our mission is to make international quality professional education accessible to the African youth.

The institute trains mid-level managers in multiple sectors : Finance & Accounting, International Trade & Logistics, Web & Mobile Development, Management & Entrepreneurship, Marketing & Communications.

IFIAG delivers Moroccan-state-accredited diplomas and partners with top French Universities to deliver French-state-accredited diplomas remotely in Morocco.

IFIAG is home to 14 African nationalities & +15 000 alumni on the continent.

I led the growth & innovation team in order to become the #1 institute for Vocational training in Morocco & initiate growth in Africa :
+ Developed the acquisition & engagement strategies of both academic and employability partners
+ Designed and executed a complete reinvention of the student & trainer journeys through a human-centric design approach

> Our foreign students share grew from 15% to 55% and now represents 15 African countries 
> Our Student NPS (Net Promoter Score) grew from 12 to 74 & our trainers NPS from 22 to 89

I joined the board of this non-profit institution with the ambition of transforming a 60-year-old "vintage" school into a recognized leading educational ecosystem. 

Our mission is to make international-level education accessible and inclusive for underprivileged children. 

I notably contributed to : 
+ the creation of a frugal innovation lab & culture
+ training of educators in student-centric & project-based methodologies
+ the development of programs & partnerships : special-needs education, coding for kids ... 

In 2018, the institute was considered as a pilot school for by the government.

Our vision is to become the first Moroccan charter school and be able to serve thousands of underprivileged families. We are currently re-designing our strategy & operational models with the help of a world-class consulting company in order to be ready-for-scale.

I adapted the program and launched it in Morocco in partnership with primary schools & NGOs.

** What I loved during this voluntary mission ** 
Training the teachers and noticing how this innovative approach transformed their relationship with students through empathy, active listening, non-violent communication...
The hands-on program facilitation throughout the testing phase enabled me to notice how empowering the program is : children are ‘Not helpless, Change is possible and They can drive it’

** About the program :
Design for Change is offering the world a magic formula! A simple four step framework to make every child say I CAN – not by chance – by design ! We believe that children can be changemakers. Through our design thinking programs, we nurture their "I CAN" Mindset and empower them to become global citizens, driven by empathy, awareness and a sense of action.
