- Providing systemic solutions by adjusting existing processes internally/at suppliers;
- Instant processing of compliance regarding supplier non-conformities; 
- Launch of a new assembly and pre-assembly line.

- Optimizing shipments according to planning carried out in agreement with the truck dispatching service. 
- Implementing a better maintenance plan for a fleet of 138 trucks.

The HAMMA seawater desalination station connection project.
- Lead a team of 30 employees including workshop staff and the external works team.
- 5% reduction in project cost and Reduction from 20% to 2% in the equipment failure rate through; 
- Implementation of a new preventive and corrective maintenance plan for machines and rolling stock; 
- Monitoring and planning the equipment allocation and ensuring their availability and reliability according to the different construction sites's needs.
