My role is about more than fostering connection, it’s about creating a ripple effect of success, where our efforts impact not only our franchisees but the broader communities they serve. Some of the things I get up to: Organising massive events like BizX 2025 ❤️‍🔥 have you seen the line up this year!! 🤩 Promoting participation in campaigns and training sessions that empower franchisees to deliver life-changing value to their clients 🌍 🎯 Creating feedback loops to ensure franchisees’ voices are heard, leading to meaningful improvements that strengthen trust and alignment across our network 🤝 Outside of work, I’m a super proud mum to our incredible 14-year-old, Hayden, and wife to my car-loving husband, Simon. Together, we also manage our family automotive business. Life is about balance for me, whether it’s mountain trekking, hot yoga, Scout Leadership, or giving back as a charity trustee, life is for verb, experience it in full!
