These are just a few of the ways others have described me, and while I think there may be some slight exaggerations in there, there's a lot of truth as well. I've yet to encounter a challenge I couldn't beat through research, teamwork, and determination to succeed. It's not always smooth sailing, but we always get through the storms. I say that I fell into HR, but the reality is that after doing lots of work on the HR periphery I realized there's an entire career dedicated to the aspects of work I enjoyed the most - coaching people on working with people.
