His father, may God have mercy on him, asked him at the age of thirteen, "What do you want to be?" He said, "I want to be a mechanical engineer." His father told him, "The country is brimming with engineers." Consider medicine if you want to be distinct. They enjoy greater social prestige and higher salaries; in addition, they are few too. When he was fifteen years old, his father died "⚓️". He applied to medical school after graduating from high school, making an emotional decision owing to unconscious bias. Despite being in the top five in his class, he dropped out after the third year of college because he failed to find his passion⁉️ He opted to enter the workforce market to support the expenditures of his wife, daughters, and himself, while he floundered from one sector to another and from one profession to another because he was stubborn, or perhaps because he was independent. Meanwhile, he chose to study international business administration in order to grow professionally❕️ Then fate picked him to work in the Human Resources Department, which he had always heard about as a member of the organization but had no idea what their genuine duty was?! As a result, Thanks to SAMA, he chose to pursue a master's degree in human resources in order to understand more about it, and now for the surprise‼️ After absorbing it, he fell in love with it. What was he pondering? All Human Resources functions, with the exception of Organizational Development, are human-centered❕️ Hence, it hit me!
