•	Assisting in the management of configuration logs to track NetSuite configuration changes across multiple sandboxes, ensuring that all functional design components have been correctly created and documented.

•	Developed new business model that minimized salaried costs and maximized revenues through hiring graduate students to conduct non-essential activities, leaving psychologists with more time for direct assessments which would help the Integra Foundation generate over $420K in revenues and $83K in profits the first year alone.

•	Increased profitability by over 25 percent by identifying numerous cost-saving opportunities in testing procedures and administrative tasks through financial analysis and examination of internal operations, psycho-educational assessment procedures and compensation models.

•	Developed a sustainable budget for Integra by conducting market research and competitor analysis to contrast the existing cost structure to that of successful clinics within the Greater Toronto Area.

Business Improvement Group, Inc.

•	Developed short and long-term growth forecasts for Business Improvement Group by conducting research on government funding availability, industry trends and competitor size and locations across Canada which were then presented to senior management including the CEO.

•	Saved thousands of dollars in training costs by creating a web portal for the training and certification of employees new to the Business Improvement Group through working with senior management and regulatory affairs. 

•	Improved profitability for clients that developed films, digital applications and web based material by creating, revising and submitting tax credit applications, allowing these organizations to maximize tax credits.

Sanofi Pasteur

•	As administrator, worked closely with the Finance team to manage Sanofi Pasteur's Electronic Inventory Write Off (E-Write Off) tool as well as to generate Write-Off Risk and Inventory Status reports for senior management.  Took advantage of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automated report generation through macros, saving company time and resources for other projects.

•	Conducted an in-depth analysis identifying root causes of declining production performance metric through Green Belt 6-Sigma project. Developed and presented recommendations and an implementation plan which would improve the metric by 35% over twelve months.

•	Assisted Laval and Toronto site merger through development of a new shipping schedule which identified common customers and routes, allowing Sanofi Pasteur to save $500K on transportation costs annually.  

•	Designed Materials Management's website which acted as a company-wide communication portal. The website provided tools and reports for internal customers as well as training material for new employees in Materials Management.
