MENA Ecosystem:
- Key stakeholder in drafting strategic MENA ecosystem review and action plan: overview of cross functional long term opportunity to catalyse development of a sustainable performance ecosystem in MENA
- Helped position Middle East and North Africa as important user and monetisation markets,  quantify the size of the opportunity as well as helped build a strategic action plan to pursue the opportunity
Impact: Arabic language opportunity recognised & prioritised by the global core Search engineering organisation, local cross-functional team focused on pushing priorities outlined in the joint action plan

Niara Local Currency Billing:
- Helped build the business case for launching Niara Local Currency Billing in Nigeria
- Helped evaluate the risks and opportunities of setting up the new payments structure
- Collaborated with Tax, Treasury and Legal team throughout the implementation process
Impact: Advertisers in Nigeria are now able to choose local currency Niara for invoicing

- Designed, organised and supervised 5 online courses for youth on the topic of sustainable
development, social entrepreneurship and global citizenship in partnership with United World Colleges; with more than 200 participants from 40+ countries around the world
- Led a team of 5 software engineers in the creation of an online platform LearningCircle.io for student led online courses
- Trained and led a team of 30+ mentors in teaching the sustainable development course
- Led a team of 5 core curriculum developers to design and improve consecutive editions
of the course
- Managed the communications and PR strategy on Online UWCs social media platforms

Through our interactive 5 week online programmes we bring the benefits of international education in the spirit of building a more peaceful and sustainable world to a much wider audience.
