o	Managed migration from face-to-face to online classes in a 2-week period in Spring 2020 by conducting remote trainings, creating a Best Practices guide, and emailing faculty to highlight key features to prioritize.

o	Drove initiative to migrate F2F instructor training to virtual training via online modules (pre-COVID). Created online training modules and delivered complementary virtual training sessions. After a successful pilot, this model became standard practice for the Composition Program.
o	Created three online training courses to certify faculty to teach advanced courses. Designed and facilitated three complementary virtual training sessions for each course.
o	Created needs analysis survey to inform curriculum development for “Writing in the Social Sciences” composition courses. Identified and connected with relevant Social Science instructor stakeholders. Distributed survey to stakeholders and then facilitated meetings between Social Science and Composition instructors. Resulted in shared documentation from all courses, discussion of objectives and assessments in both fields, and curriculum revisions for greater alignment between courses to better support student needs.
