Investec Click & Invest was a FinTech platform specialising in Stocks & Shares ISAs and General Investment Accounts, backed by international investment bank Investec. 
In my role as Senior Content Manager I was responsible for: 

- Managing a team of employees, I was responsible for all content, including webcopy, social media, new product copy, client outreach and SEO implementation

- Creating the content strategy, centred around customer research 

- Defining and producing the website content using the best SEO practices to bring customers on site and help understand more about Stocks and Shares ISAs.  

- Writing articles on behalf of our investment managers, working closely with investment teams and compliance to hit the right note 

- Creating a tone of voice document and copy guidelines 

- Managing a budget and leading a department

Senior Content Manager

BNP Paribas

- Working alongside traders in Corporate and Institutional Banking, the global investment banking arm of BNP Paribas and largest banking group in the world 

- Producing engaging and in-depth content around complicated areas of investments, hedging and financing, including sustainable investments, emerging markets, forex trading and commodities trading on behalf of senior leaders. 

- Defining the awards strategy and creating in-depth show-stopping award pitches, leading to a series of acclaimed wins including: 
Derivatives House of the Year, Credit Derivatives House of the Year, Currency Derivatives House of the Year, Interest Rate Derivatives House of the Year, Green Bond Lead Manager of the Year for Corporates, Green Bond Manager of the Year for Sovereigns,  Innovation of the year ... and more. 

- Internal communications and video production for employees across the Corporate and Institutional Bank

Senior Communications Officer

- Working closely with leading investment managers and analysts, I translated complex financial concepts into engaging marketing and training material. 

- I created marketing material across UBS' full suite of Global and Swiss discretionary investment mandates. 

- Creating client pitchbooks from scratch for innovative new investment methodologies and products meant developing my investment knowledge. In 2016 I completed my investment management certificate to have a better understanding and produce high-quality material 

- Responsible for writing, editing and translating market commentary, portfolio fact sheets and portfolio performance on a monthly basis for all discretionary mandate clients (including UHNW, some of whom had invested more than £1 billion)

- Giving our marketing material an edge, I updated and developed our e-banking, investment app and more. Working with designers I created videos and organised international training events.
