Executive Director

I supported and offered guidance to program leadership from partner universities as they navigate the 2U suite of services and digital learning platform. 

Key activities included:

Curriculum Management Lead

I collaborated with faculty members to deliver robust, high-quality courses across multiple 2U programs.

Key activities included:
- Developing upwards of 20 courses at a time across multiple verticals, including business, marketing, healthcare, social work, and public health.
- Driving the creation of bespoke processes and tracking systems to meet partner needs.

National Defense University

I managed the member experience -- from recruitment and application through graduation -- of graduate-level professional development and degree programs for mid-career military officers and their civilian counterparts. 

Key activities included: 
- Conceptualizing and planning site visits and educational events, including managing travel and logistics.
- Identifying relevant audiences for programs and developing marketing strategies to grow program reach within the US Government
- Developing and managing application, selection, and member tracking processes and systems.

Education Program Manager, Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction

I developed experiential learning opportunities for a variety of audiences -- ranging from high school students through senior government leaders -- to explore potential national and international security crises, proposed responses, and their outcomes. 

Key activities included:
- Developing tabletop exercises on regional issues affecting Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as various functional topics, including disaster response operations and strategic communications.
- Working with client organizations within the US government -- including Combatant Commands, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the intelligence community -- to develop exercises to suite their needs.

Research Analyst, Center for Applied Strategic Learning

I provided research, program management, and event coordination support to the Institute's Western Hemisphere team. 

Key activities included: 
- Coordinating an annual workshop for over 100 participants coming from over two dozen countries, in addition to several seminars and other meetings with US government and international officials. 
- Coordinating the Institute's internship program and spearheading efforts to establish a more robust mechanism for managing internship applications across the University.
- Authoring and contributing to research publications on Latin American security issues.

Research Assistant, Institute for National Strategic Studies

I developed exhibits and managed files for nation-wide toxic tort cases. Her experience includes supporting attorneys at hearings, mock trials and trials. She was a member of the winning trial team in an Americans with Disabilities Act discrimination case in federal court, for which she designed PowerPoint exhibits and provided research support. Her other work included acting as a legal advocate for HIV/AIDs patients seeking social security benefits.

With over 15 years of experience in program and stakeholder management, I am passionate about supporting a collaborative and efficient work environment. As a Curriculum Management Lead at 2U, I supported and guided program leadership from partner universities as they navigate the 2U suite of services and digital learning platform.

I collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of courses that meet program expectations and quality standards. I also sought opportunities to streamline and improve 2U processes to best serve company and partner needs. 

In addition, I have a strong background in professional event planning and program, project, and relationship management, both in the government and private sector. I also have a skill in transitioning from waterfall to agile project management, which helps me adapt to changing environments and priorities.
