Business Psychology is an applied science that investigates how to make people and organisations operate more effectively.   It utilises academic research to help inform organisations of ways to create healthy and productive relationships between people and organisations.

A 3month internship where my time was split between the Well-being department and the Leadership department.  During the three months I was involved in the Juice programme which was a new initiative to encourage staff to become more active and diligent about their health. It was a fantastic project which I was involved in from start to finish.   

In addition to this worked alongside the Leadership team where I helped to facilitate the new Sheffield Leader programme which is running from September 2012 through to January 2014.  I took over the responsibilities of a team member whilst he was away and was responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Alumni event that was held.

Dissertation topic- Resilience in the NHS, building a stronger workforce. A fantastic project where I was able to work with members of the Airedale, Bradford and Leeds cluster to attempt to investigate their recent investment into resilience training.
