I guess I’m a "recruitment veteran" having worked in the industry for 25 years. 
Started at SThree as a contract and then permanent recruiter and worked my way up to Cost centre manager.

With the amazing training I received I then joined Vi International to set up a recruitment coaching practice as well as delivering leadership programmes within the corporate world. I’ve worked with some amazing companies from Oliver James, G2V, Amoria Bond, Harnham Search to Microsoft and American Express - my standards are very high when it comes to leadership and recruitment excellence!

After 18 years, Covid tempted me to get back ‘on the tools’ so I set up Agility on Demand to provide modern talent solutions and resource benches for consultancies and tech scale-ups. 

Now using my experience at Index and Method to support their Talent Solution offerings.
