As Greenlight’s Director of Paid Media I lead a team of over 40 biddable international experts, Performance Directors and Heads of; and ultimately responsible for managing and delivering the agency’s Paid Media (Search, Social & Display) proposition for all clients. As part of the role, I manage the department P&L, resource management, and manage & lead the sales process for all Paid Media new business.  

In 2016, I launched a second department; Data Science & Audience Insights. Partnering with various data platforms, we combine interaction, attitudinal, descriptive and behavioural data to help brands understand who their customers are and what they're buying with a cross-channel and cross-device focus. The data itself is managed and visualised in a proprietary platform, Prism.

Director of Paid Media & Data Insights

Within a year I was promoted to PPC Director initially recruiting a team of six (mixed analysts and account managers), growing to 30. I became responsible for managing the department P&L, new business and technology innovation. In 2007 working alongside our R&D team I co-developed three technologies that focused on automation of search campaigns, considering budget, management & processes, and competitor insight. The competitor insight tool was actually the backbone to Greenlight’s well-known Sector Reports. Towards the end of this role, I expanded our approach developing a full biddable proposition, branching out into Programmatic Display and Social Media.

I started my tenure at Greenlight as a PPC Campaign Manager. Working directly for one of the founders and CEO, I managed a portfolio of travel, finance and retail clients, delivering ROI growth and the relationship.

Women's Resource Center

The WRC works to ensure the women's sector is alive and well despite the increasingly challenging reality it operates in. With a network of over 500 similar organisations, WRC has an incomparable reach and understanding of women and their organisations. I was appointed a Board director for one and a half years, overseeing the P&L, fundraising and business objectives. I then took on the temporary role as Chair for six months, leading the board and supporting the vision alongside their senior management team. I also supported the organisation with developing their digital presence and raising funds for marketing investment.
