Over my 16-year career as a college counselor, I have never refrained from challenges and creating meaningful experiences for my students. The commitment to craft effective solutions, provide quality, and impactful outcomes were always my primary focus. I am a committed problem-solver who believes in the power of targeted customer-focused solutions. In 2020, during my maternity leave, I decided to pursue a PMP certification. I wanted to challenge myself and enhance my credibility and knowledge in a field that had a far-reaching impact. However, as I progressed, I realized that my true passion lay in a role that offered a unique blend of creativity, innovation, a customer-centric approach, in-depth market research and analysis, strategic decision-making, and opportunities for collaboration. While pursuing certifications like CSM and CSPO, my desire to actively create and launch products became increasingly apparent.
