We do so by tapping into the inspired ecosystem of successful entrepreneurs who have brought their own dream products to life and offer them the life altering opportunity to sell their business, secure a lucrative exit, and pursue what's next for them. 

My task is to the lead the team that sources these opportunities for Thrasio. The first to fill this role, I moved quickly to build and introduce several critical frameworks that enabled us to play a significant role in driving $60M in acquired EBITDA for the business in Q4 2021:

1. Developed a streamlined, systematic, dynamic online training program that is highly scalable and implemented globally for our remote first workforce. 

2. Established success frameworks, daily working protocols, standardize data integrity guidelines, and weekly KPIs so my reps knew what to do and how to do it, in a highly repeatable way, so that they could hit their OKRs.

3. Developed and coordinated 360 degree feedback loops across our closest interdepartmental working teams to highlight areas of strength and improvement for my direct reports. 

4. Partnered with corporate marketing to define, develop, and launch dynamic lead scoring and a brand new ABM driven, strategic approach, to prospecting new acquisition opportunities. 

5. Introduced product category specialities and chartered new communication approaches that leveraged both synchronous and asynchronous techniques. 

6. Created routine weekly working protocols and established processes that unlocked global collaboration. Resulting in not only a boast to team morale but also day-to-day effectiveness.

7. Introduced gamification to drive incremental results and reinforce the deployment and mastery of key techniques.

My role was to advance and enhance the experience of our customer base that we defined in the mid-market segment; 5-30 location businesses. 

In my role, I focused on working cross-functionally to lead and implement enhancements that would improve the experience and impact Yelp could make on their business including:

1. Developed new reporting protocols and standardized analytical practices that better enabled the Yelp story to come to life for our existing clients. 

2. Shaped and introduced new communication techniques and approaches to reach and build new relationships with prospects in a hyper personalized way.

3. Drove new strategic month to month production metrics that reflected the attainment progress of desired key results rather than simple activity counts.

4. Redefined and created several new working protocols that not only aligned our goals with how we approached day to day client management but also unlocked more consistent attainment of our KPIs and OKRs.
