Having previously worked in recruitment for a number of years and having developed/grown my desk to an all-time high at my previous recruitment consultancy, I relished the challenge to join the CMD team with a fresh opportunity to grow the company further.

Initially recruited as a Recruitment Resourcer to support the Temporary Recruitment Consultant - I was fortunate enough to be working on a highly successful temps desk, after 9 months I was promoted to Temporary Recruitment Consultant. 

Whilst at Huntress I maintained and established business relationships within the local market - both public and private sector, whilst also ensuring I had the highest caliber of candidates available to my clients.

Huntress Exeter were one of the most successful billing branches within the Group. I was also recognised as one of the Top 5 Billing Temporary Consultants for 2010.
