Defining the overall strategy for Barco in a selection of our Entertainment segments based on a profound understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape. Responsible for data-driven customer segmentation and building value propositions across the complete product offering. Maintaining strong relationships with key customers, regional marketers, product management, product marketing and regional sales teams.

As Barco's Brand & Content Manager, it was my responsibility to build a flexible brand framework to cope with a continuously changing environment, to define the Barco communication guidelines on branding and graphical look&feel and to ensure consistency across divisions and regions. Next to that, I took care of global and cross divisional communication projects, of the brand names and trademarks. I took the lead in a refresh of Barco's brand identity to evolve to a look&feel and tone of voice appropriate for this time and age.
I managed a team of experienced copywriters, graphic designers and multimedia specialists responsible for the creation of all global content pieces, taking care of product launch and brand awareness campaigns, building a content marketing strategy for each division and driving traffic to the Barco website.
I introduced a clear vision on content marketing strategy, a more structured approach towards our creative operations, a dashboard to measure operational efficiency and content effectiveness and coached the team to reach new heights in their professional careers.

Product Manager for ClickShare and pivotal member of the initial team researching, developing and marketing the first members of the product portfolio growing into a +200M€ business. Responsible for market analysis, gathering customer insights and building business cases. Developing value propositions, defining product requirements and change  catalyst to transform the company to handle a tier 2 GTM model. End-to-end responsibility for the original ClickShare product line (CSC-1 and CSM-1) and product definition of the second generation (CS-100 and CSE-200).
