I was responsible for the Kvaerner Academy which entails our strategic competence development (Leadership programmes, Mentoring, Coaching, General courses etc). Furthermore I was responsible for developing, and running, a leadership program for the first line managers. As well as a people and team consultant for the Hywind Tampen project.

As Head of Internal Recruitment my responsibility was finding staff for all our branches and offices in Norway (Oslo, Gardermoen and Trondheim). Including working with employer branding.
I also worked with the co-ordination and quality assurance of our internal training programmes and for our internal competence development. One current project within this field was the implementation of a new CRM system.

As a Recruitment Consultant it was my job in collaboration with our customers to work out job description, advertisement and to administer a recruitment process based on the competence and personal qualities of applicants.
I was also responsible for internal recruitment to all branches of AW.
As a Team Leader I was responsible for a team of 5 Consultant Managers.

As a Consultant Manager, I was responsible for the entire staffing- and recruitment process, including working out the advertisement, interviewing applicants and appointing employees. Furthermore: I had employer’s responsibility for as many as one hundred staff members, performance interviews, approval of working hours, meetings with staff and customers.
