At the helm of Dtec, as department head, Hans managed 18 employees having 5 managers report to him directly on subjects from corporate venture capital, business development, sales, and marketing, program management, and events to partner management, in addition to company setup. This investment PPP project involved  the refurbishment of a existing plant to revive the business in the region in Loja and Vilcabamba, Ecuador.  Build a factory to ISO 9002 standards. Setup all departments as CEO with full P&L responsibility. successfully navigated the supply chain from raw material purchase to manufacturing all the way to the consumer.

With years of being involved in corporate venture capital, I am now mainly focused on Greentech and how this will help us decarbonize the planet, one company at a time, focusing especially on the supply chain. Having helped build MENA´s most successful entrepreneurial hub, investing in ventures, and supervising the running of incubation and acceleration programs,  I now possess a strong network of startups, investors, and partners in many countries.
