Senior Accountant - Treasury

•	Act as CFO for a group of over 30 entities; managing all aspects of accounting records, intercompany balances, loans, fixed assets, and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to owners and banks
•	Manage cash reserves of more than $15 million
•	Ensure all entities remain compliant with federal, state and local agencies
•	Successfully transition clients to cloud base accounting softwares, automated accounts payable and accounts receivable softwares, streamline operations and reporting of all entities
•	Supervise and review work of associate and senior staff

Manager - Business Outsourcing and Strategy

•	Prepare tax return for a wide range of businesses, individuals and exempt entities (501(c)3 entities, and 501(c)7 golf clubs)
•	Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping/financial statements for business clients (medical practices, retail businesses)
•	Supervise and review work of associate staff 
•	Meet with and advise clients regarding their tax and accounting practices

Senior Tax Associate

Integrated Ag LP

•	Manage financial reporting for a group of over 40 entities, managing all aspects of accounting records, intercompany balances, loans, fixed assets, and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to owners and banks and private equity partners.
•	Ensure all entities remain compliant with federal, state and local agencies
•	Prepare backup for the yearly audit, and annual review for various entities
•	Build, implement and maintain internal control processes
•	Successfully automated and streamlined bookkeeping and reporting process

 -Managing cash reserves for allocation to capital projects and operational expenses
